Welcome to Fitness OS. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Fitness OS application ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fitness OS is a personal fitness tracking application that allows users to:

• Log workout sets, reps, and weights
• Track muscle recovery using our proprietary SRA Bio-Engine algorithm
• Access AI-generated workout recommendations
• Monitor fitness progress over time

3. Medical Disclaimer

Fitness OS is an informational tool only. The application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, algorithms (including the SRA recovery model and Bio-Engine), design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Fitness OS and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Subscription and Payments

Fitness OS offers a free tier and a PRO subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury resulting from exercise activities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.
