Fitness OS offers a free basic tier and an automatic 15-day full-access period when you register, so you can try the "PRO" features before paying.
If you still want your money back, we refund your first subscription payment in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged. No explanation is needed. Write to legal@getfitnessos.com from the email you used to subscribe, and we will process the refund through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 10 days.
Renewal payments (the second and later billing cycles) are not refunded, except where required by applicable law or where we decide otherwise in a particular case. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
If something went wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it or refund you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), after which your account will revert to the FREE tier. You will not be charged again.
